Graduate Summer Placement – 8 Weeks (July 2025 Start)

Join Pepper Money, a dynamic and growing specialist mortgage lender backed by a global financial institution. We’re offering an 8-week Summer Placement starting in July 2025, designed to give you hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

We operate a hybrid working model, with three days in our London or Cardiff office and two days working from home. You may also have opportunities to visit our other offices in London, Cardiff and Manchester.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a summer placement student, you’ll gain exposure to multiple departments including:

• Legal
• Credit Risk
• Treasury
• Finance

You’ll be immersed in real business challenges—whether it’s streamlining workflows, analysing data, ensuring regulatory compliance, or collaborating with stakeholders. Every day will offer a new learning opportunity.
