To provide a comprehensive HR administration service to colleagues and line managers throughout the HR lifecycle. Respond promptly and accurately to colleague queries and emails, providing excellent customer service. Ambassador for the company values.
Responsibilities include:
Produce contracts of employment, colleague letters and other documentation on a daily basis • Carry out the full range of administrative processes including on-boarding, pre-employment checks, variations in contracts, absences and leave, including sickness absence, annual and other leave types, maternity/paternity/parental/ adoption leave, flexible working, performance management and Company leavers • Managing and maintaining electronic records for all colleagues to ensure they are correct and up to date, whilst maintaining confidentiality and data protection requirements • Scheduling reminders as part of HR processes e.g. probation review periods, workstation risk assessments. • Supporting role in the accurate processing of payroll and benefit
