Working in our fast paced, successful Proposition and Delivery team in our London/Cardiff/Manchester office there has never been a better time to join Pepper Money, a specialist mortgage lender backed by a global financial institution offering first and second charge loans.

This is a FTC for 6 months. 

What you will be doing 

As a Proposition Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering commercial initiatives that drive business growth. From discovery through to implementation, you’ll own the full delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring they meet defined benefits and align with strategic objectives.

You’ll quantify expected ROI, and design solutions that make a real impact. Managing scope, resources, quality, and timelines will be second nature to you, as will producing high-quality artefacts and engaging materials to support decision-making.

Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including the CCO and Commercial leaders, to bring people on the journey of change. Your ability to motivate, facilitate, and coordinate will ensure successful embedding of initiatives across the business.
