Are you our new Regional Development Manager for the North West?

What you will be doing
You will be driven, motivated, confident; an experienced sales professional who wants to move to a rapidly expanding organisation where hard work and target smashing are well rewarded and innovation and passion are celebrated.
You will be driven to build our first mortgage business in your region, and with key accounts further afield, through the management of existing intermediary relationships and the development of new ones. With a strong background in exceeding set targets, you will be self-motivated, knowledgeable, and have a genuine passion for mortgages, and managing relationships at all levels.
You will be able to demonstrate that you can utilise available data, such as Mortgage Clarity, to ensure that your work activity is focused in the right area and you will be able to support and communicate with your team, feeding back on current challenges to assist with continuous improvement.
A mortgage background is essential along with experience within intermediary sales. A CeMap qualification would also be beneficial as would experience with a CRM system.
A clean driving licence is a must as this role comes with a car allowance. This is a remote, field-based role and you will be arranging and attending face to face meetings throughout the region. You may have occasional travel to our London and Manchester and Cardiff offices with overnight stays.
