What you will be doing
You’ll play a key role in bringing Pepper Money’s events to life, making sure every detail is dialled in, and every guest feels the impact of our brand
With a strong focus on event administration and coordination, you’ll help bring to life a calendar of broker roundtables, partner-led events and industry activity, while also contributing to the wider events strategy.
Working closely with the Sales team, Key Account Managers and Marketing, you’ll ensure every event runs smoothly, efficiently and delivers a consistently high-quality experience.
Working closely with the Senior Events & Sponsorship Manager, Senior Events Coordinator and wider marketing team, you’ll coordinate logistics, liaise with suppliers, and help manage the moving parts that make each event a success. You’ll be trusted to represent Pepper Money with confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail, whether you’re supporting internal colleagues or working with external partners.
You will:
- Managing the full distribution events calendar, including roundtables, expos, industry forums, and conferences.
- Managing key event administration tasks, including guest communications, event documentation and calendar coordination
- Working with key stakeholders to support joint events and ensure seamless collaboration and delivery
- Liaising with third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of branding, merchandise, and event collateral.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to amplify event attendance and engagement through social media, email campaigns, and digital channels.
- Supporting the wider events programme, including larger-scale events, sponsorship activations and internal initiatives when required
- Collaborating with Marketing to help drive attendance and engagement through email and social channels
- Preparing post-event summaries, feedback and reporting to support continuous improvement
- Maintaining accurate records of budgets, timelines, suppliers and compliance documentation
- Assisting with internal engagement initiatives such as colleague town halls, celebrations, and recognition events.
- Ensuring all events reflect Pepper Money’s brand values and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Contributing to the development of new event formats and ideas to enhance broker engagement and brand visibility.
- Acting as a brand ambassador at events, representing Pepper Money with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Work closely with the Senior Events & Sponsorship Manager and the wider marketing team to plan timelines, coordinate logistics, and manage suppliers, venues and on‑site operations.
- Represent Pepper Money with confidence and professionalism when liaising with external partners and supporting internal colleagues, safeguarding our brand experience at every touchpoint.
- Support sponsorships and hospitality programmes to ensure we “show up” with consistency and impact across high‑profile industry moments and internal celebrations.
- Own the moving parts that make events successful; guest comms, collateral, supplier co-ordination briefing notes, and post‑event reporting.

You’ll need to bring:
- Reasonable experience in successful event delivery
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrable experience of acting autonomously and resolving issues as they arise
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A detail-oriented approach with strong organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Experience in financial services or marketing (advantageous)
- A proactive mindset and willingness to travel and stay overnight for events
