What you will be doing 

As the Senior Treasury Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in the execution and oversight of private financing arrangements, particularly warehouses and forward flows. You’ll be actively communicating with funders and will be expected to understand and review legal documentation with confidence.

You’ll support the structuring, financial analysis, and modelling of private financing facilities, and contribute to monthly reporting and policy development. Your Excel skills will be put to good use in forecasting, stress testing, and data analysis.

This is a flat structured team, but if you take ownership of your role, you’ll be given the space and autonomy to truly lead your area. You won’t just be feeding work into a process you’ll be driving it forward. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and act as a forward-thinking partner across the business.

Key Requirements:

 

  • Strong understanding of UK financial markets and debt-related products
  • Experience in forward flow arrangements and the UK mortgage market
  • Confident reviewing and understanding legal documentation
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, potentially at executive level
  • Ability to present complex financial information clearly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a regulatory financial services environment
  • Self-starter with strategic thinking and ownership mindset
